The use of fossil fuels to supply human energy needs is increasing day by day, which contributes environmental pollution. In addition, they have a limited and are not continuously being made, or made very slowly. Thus, reduce dependence on this type energy, the renewable sources increasing, has problems because high cost investment stochastic nature. study, sensitivity analysis renewables was conducted evaluate impact these resources costs hybrid power plants based energies. regard, amount wind intensity sunlight studied in Kermanshah region. Significant results can be attributed reduction rate return capital 9.22 years for radiation 4.5Kwh / m 2 d. Then, Sensitivity intensity, Optimal turbine speed 4.99 m/s, COE 0.93($/Kwh).
